Inspiration

For the first few weeks of being moved into my apartment, I was propping up my projector with books and foam packaging. I decided that it was about time that I implemented a more permanent solution to this need of mine.

Process

I decided to design an adjustable stand because I plan on using the stand in alternate set ups where a different angle may be necessary. Pool chairs inspired the arm-notch design. 3D modeling and assembly was done through Autodesk Fusion 360.

Result

Printing on the Stratasys Fortus 380mc in ABS gives it the strength needed to support the weight of the printer no matter the angle. This stand allows me to have a cleaner display of my projector.
